1cup - chopped black olives (1 small can, chopped)
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 cup - green onion, sliced thin (buy just a small bundle)
1 1/2 cup - shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup - mayo
1/2 heaping tsp - curry
Mix together.
Chill for 4 hours.
Serve heated on Triscuits.
John's favorite way to finish these off is to cover a Triscuit to taste with the mixture and to heat them in either a toaster oven or conventional oven until it juuuuust begins to brown on top. The oat recent batch, last night, used an extra sharp white cheddar cheese and Penzey's Singapore Curry. Normally we use straight regular curry, but we were out last night. The Singapore Curry has some extra seasoning mixed in. John likes the standard recipe best.
