Lorraine Jannings Ham Balls

2-1/2 pounds ground ham
2 pounds ground pork
1 pound ground beef
3 eggs
2 cups crushed graham crackers
2 cups milk

Combine all.  Roll 1/2 cup of mixture each and place in baking pan.  Bake at 325 for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, covered in sauce and spooning such occasionally over the ham balls.

Sauce - mix well the following:
2 cans tomato soup
1/3 cup vinegar
2-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 Tablespoons dry mustard

Mom had these at a wedding reception and everyone loved them.  I might try making smaller meatballs, maybe 1/2 inch each, to make these into more of a cocktail meatball.  Also, for cocktail meatballs, everyone has always loved Gail Redmond's meatballs, further down in this blog.
