Combine (4) 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese,
1 c sugar,
2 eggs,
beat together until well mixed.
Preheat oven to 355 degrees. Place an oreo in the bottom of each cupcake paper. Fill cupcake paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheesecake turns light brown and doesn't jiggle. Cool on rack and refrigerate before serving.
